Birds Club CSS

I've always liked playing around with CSS and I've also always been pretty bad at it. Anyway =Birds-Club wanted a journal layout so I fiddled around and made this.

Tell me if anything is too dark/light/ugly. The monitor I'm working on is like really bright...
